  4. Make your snacks easy. For example, don’t stress about spending a lot of time preparing cute little snacks. Instead, cut up some fruit or veggies and include with dip.
  5. Double the dinner meal and pack your lunch. Packing lunches can sometimes be a drag. If you double the amount of food you prepare for the dinner meal, you can simply pack the leftovers and your lunch is ready to go for the next day.
