This Mother’s Day, take time to appreciate your mom or someone who has played a motherly role in your life! Put together this easy and delicious brunch cake and share the morning with your mom.

What You’ll Need:
1 Dippin’ Stix Apples with Caramel 5 pack
¼ cup butter
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup milk
1 can (17.5 oz)  refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing (cut each roll into at least 6 pieces)

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13″ baking dish. Finely chop the apples.

2. In a medium skillet, melt butter on medium-high heat. Add the chopped apples, cooking 10-12 minutes until softened and starting to brown. Remove from heat.

3. While the apples are cooking, microwave the cubed cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large microwaveable bowl. Cook on high for 30 seconds, remove and stir. Cook another 30 seconds. Stir until smooth and slowly stir in milk.

4. Combine cream cheese mixture with apples in a large mixing bowl. Then add the pieces of cinnamon rolls.

5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

6. Bake 26-32 minutes or until it bubbles around the edges and dough is baked through. Let stand 10 minutes.

7. Combine the icing and the caramel from all 5 Dippin’ Stix trays in a plastic bag. Cut a corner and drizzle over the cake.

Happy Mother’s Day!
